    Upload everything

    Certificates, course emails, in-service sign-in sheets, notes on articles you read. Photos and PDFs are fine.

    We build the log

    Each activity becomes a row with date, title, provider, hours and a short description. Your total is shown against the 20-hour minimum.

  3. 03

    Fill the gaps

    We flag missing dates, hours or notes, and draft short reflection prompts. AI output is a draft: you check and complete every entry.

Most nurses do the learning. The records end up in inboxes, lanyards and phone photos. We pull them together and show what is missing. We do not mark your CPD or tell you it passes.

FAQ

Is this professional or regulatory advice?

No. We organise your own records. We do not decide whether an activity counts as CPD or whether you meet the standard. Check the NMBA's CPD registration standard and guidelines.

Does this make me audit-ready?

It puts your records in order so they are easier to check. We do not verify them and cannot say how an audit will go.

Are you connected to AHPRA or the NMBA?

No. Lynx Bay Pty Ltd is not connected to AHPRA, the NMBA or any government body.

I hold more than one registration. Can you help?

Yes, we can keep separate logs. Check the NMBA's current rules for your registration type.

What happens to my documents?

We use them only to deliver your order. They are deleted 30 days after delivery and are not used to train AI models. Keep your own copies for five years.
